Daily/weekly resources
400 Minutes is the Lent proposal by the Jesuit Refugee Service/USA. Why not give up 10 minutes every day and dedicate it to solidarity with refugees? Offer moments of your day to prayer, fasting, and almsgiving in solidarity with refugees.

Lenten Reflections, from Ignatian Young Adults Ministries (USA East Province), is a selection of audio reflections and readings available to all who wish to join in prayer. They are available to listen to or download each week.

Walking with Earth’s Woundedness, proposed by the Office of Ignatian Spirituality, is a proposal to engage in personal and small-group reflection on themes of our ecologically wounding habits as humans, ecological values we can cultivate, and healing actions we can take.
The Way of the Cross by Jesuit Midwest contains images of the fourteen stations, representing various works of the Midwest Province. Each station includes a reflection written by a Jesuit or lay person from the ministries, inviting diverse perspectives of Jesus’ experience on the day he died.
Stations of the Cross, from Jesuit Refuged Services/USA, has the aim to accompany Jesus on his journey, as we watch and pray over displaced people around the world.
Retreats
The online Global Lenten Retreat for ignatian educators by Educate Magis is an opportunity to be lived by faculty and staff in Jesuit and Ignatian schools around the world. It includes live presentations, personal reflection, and group faith sharing.
Special Lent Retreat, organized by BBC and Jesuits in Britain, explores aspects of Ignatian spirituality and points listeners to ‘Knowing Jesus’. This retreat is available to anyone in the world with access to the Internet who wants to immerse themselves in the spirituality of St Ignatius.
Fall in Love & Stay in Love is a virtual Lenten retreat from the Jesuits Central and Southern Province, Directed by Fr. Hung Pham, SJ, and Lay Colleagues. The theme of these retreats is “Falling in Love with Jesus,” and they will focus on praying for the grace of conversion.
Plugged-In to Holy Week is a Retreat in Daily Life for young adults, organized by Jesuit Young Adult Ministries. The retreat, offered during Holy Week 2021, provides an opportunity to deepen your friendship with the Lord whilst accompanying him through his passion, death and resurrection. It follows the pattern of an individually guided retreat, shaped by the spirituality of St Ignatius Loyola, founder of the Jesuits.
Abide in His Heartis a virtual retreat by Joe Laramie, SJ. It includes 3 short talks on What Lent is, the First Mass and the Cross.
Compassion: It Makes All the Difference is a virtual young adult retreat proposed by the Office of Ignatian Spirituality to find ways of being a compassionate presence that can help make a difference. Through presentations, small group sharing, communal prayer, meditation and quiet times, Sister Mary Dean invites participants to open their hearts to themselves, to one another, to all living beings and to earth.
