Description of our collaboration proposal

May 2020 marks the beginning of an Ignatian Year, and also the date of the publication of the book Walking with Ignatius. It is a collection of reflections and lessons learned by Father General Arturo Sosa, in dialogue with the journalist Darío Menor.

Father Sosa traces the stages of his life, from his childhood and youth in Venezuela, to his later interest in politics, his vocation, his social and academic commitment in the Society of Jesus. He also examines the universal apostolic preferences and reflections on how Ignatian spirituality can impact our world —in the words of the Superior General— and how the issues of the world and the urgent needs of humanity can be addressed by the Society of Jesus, the Church and all other religious traditions.

The release date is 11 May. Watch the presentation of the book through this link.
