Students Imagining “The World that Christ Desires”

The goal of our collaboration proposal is

to get students to reflect on the cannonball moment of Ignatius and on their own personal experiences

Description of our collaboration proposal

As a global network of Jesuit schools, Educate Magis wishes to involve the community of students in this worldwide initiative by inviting them to participate in the global reflective and creative activity: “The World that Christ Desires”, a global project inspired by Ignatius, co-creating with Christ.

The project has 4 steps: Context, Experience, Reflection and Sharing, and Creative Action. We are inviting students to an in-depth prayerful reflective experience and to capture their feelings and ideas by way of a creative piece, in the form of a drawing, a painting, a photo, or a poem.

Educate Magis will be gathering the creative work during the month of October. The virtual global art exhibition, “The World that Christ Desires”, showcasing the students’ creative work, will open to our global community on November 5th (All Saints of the Society of Jesus).
