Prayer guides for the Ignatian Year

The goal of our collaboration proposal is

to draw inspiration from the conversion process of St. Ignatius

Description of our collaboration proposal

The CPAL invites the entire Ignatian family, faith communities, groups and individuals who wish to participate and celebrate with us this Ignatian Year, to allow the Lord to work our conversion inspired by the personal experience of Ignatius through some prayer guides.

Each guide consists of a text in PDF (in Spanish and Portuguese) with a guided guideline on how to pray in community, as well as a song or a proposal that helps to interiorise the prayerful moment, and a video of 1-2 minutes.

Every 15 days a new guide is shared, so that, throughout the Ignatian Year, we will be reflecting on the crucial stages in the life of Ignatius of Loyola, trying to make his process of conversion help our own.

Although the prayer can be done personally, the richness will be to share it in a group, because "where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I" (Mt 18.20). Our proposal seeks to make it easier for the Lord to do his work of changing our hearts to resemble his, taking time to fall in love with him and thus to keep following him.
