Get ready to learn with the global map of JSCs
The Father Arturo Sosa, Superior General of the Society of Jesus, will launch the virtual map of Jesuit social centres to celebrate International Human Fraternity Day. The online map showcases Jesuit initiatives that promote faith that does justice, particularly those dedicated to social justice and ecology. In addition, this interactive map cultivates collaboration and builds networks to create socio-environmental as well as economic transformations, ensuring the well-being of all human beings and all of God's creation. Therefore, the name, contact person, address, and website of each social centre will be available from the start. The map will also offer filters to see the type of work done in the different centres. SJES will update the information annually.
The official launch of the map of Jesuit social centres starts at 14.30 CET on Friday, 3 February 2023, on Zoom. All Jesuits and mission partners are invited. The talks will be in English and Spanish with simultaneous translation. Registration is due by 31 January here
