In a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous context, it is important to create spaces for dialogue in the work, social and personal spheres in which each professional can provide shared values and, hence, positively impact society. 

The ESADE Alumni Inner Life and Leadership Club (Spain) has organised a first session to discuss with Chris Lowney how the concept of inner life is about more than just coming up with ideas, but engaging in real, progressive and sustained change, creating habits and routines.
