One Gospel Step is the latest campaign launched by the General Curia in Rome. It is a video-based initiative that seeks to highlight the activities of both the Society and its fellow missionaries around the world. In this campaign, the Universal Apostolic Preferences have a great relevance.

Since March 5, the first videos began to be shared, which aim to make visible the work of the Jesuits inspired by the Gospel and the PAU. In addition, it is an initiative that is open to collaboration.

Under the concept One Gospel Step, the Curia provides the initial concept of the campaign. From there, any Jesuit or collaborator can contribute their own content. To this end, graphic, technological and even training resources are provided.

Thanks to this initiative, every week it is possible to learn about projects that the Jesuit network has underway. These projects are comprehensive, motivating and promote reconciliation and hope.

For this initiative, there is a call for the generation of content around five main themes: Spirituality, Marginalization, Youth, Ecology and other topics related to faith and art.

Initially, any Jesuit institution in the world can contribute by submitting a maximum of five videos, depending on availability. Production is very simple, as all the necessary templates and basic resources on which to customize the videos are provided.

The video clips can be published in different languages: English, Spanish, French or Italian and the video production round is open to submit any project.

The first step is to register at this link; then, it is recommended to watch the tutorial video that allows you to produce the videos from the templates and finally, submit the final video so that the Company’s global network can share it.

Follow the hashtag #OneGospelStep on Facebook and Twitter to be aware of all the weekly posts on the content generated.
